management, development planning, field operations oversight, research & technical
support, finance, accounting, human resources, engineering, and general administration

in their specified areas.
Affordable home development in most urban areas in the USA is hampered because available "in-fill" lots for new home building or homes for rehab are scattered throughout the area. Building on "in-fill" lots makes the "economies" of tract development virtually impossible to achieve. It is well understood that the need for affordable housing for low, moderate and middle income families is immense throughout USA. Most private builders, developers and investment funds are focused on the suburban tract type development programs that they have been honing in for the past several decades. To fulfill the market needs for affordable homes AAHC has been selecting housing markets that exhibit sustained growth and where many low, moderate and middle income families are being "frozen" out of home ownership. AAHC’s affordable home development effort is "focused" on building and rehabbing site built spec homes cost effectively within the least amount of time period along with providing financial assistance to qualified lower income buyers and investor buyers to get their mortgage to purchase the homes affordably.
AAHC’s "in-fill" program, for affordable new and rehab homes, is gaining rapid momentum in several areas. AAHC is also ready to develop affordable subdivisions, rural housing, and high security senior & family communities, master planned communities and light commercial structures in many areas.
